Discover the Underwater World of Playa del Carmen

Scuba Libre started its adventure in 1998 by opening its first dive shop in Playa del Carmen. Now Scuba Libre has 4 different locations: downtown, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, Sandos Playacar Resort and Palmaia House Of AiA.

Diving services and water sports activities are managed by professional instructors and captains who, thanks to their long-time experience handling boats and fishing activities, highlight the high standards of our services. All dive courses, starting from the basic levels as Discover Scuba Diving to Dive Master, are provided.

Dive trips on the reefs of Playa del Carmen, on the island of Cozumel and at the beautiful Cenotes of the Riviera Maya for certified divers. We also offer unique experiences like diving with the Bull Sharks from November to March or snorkeling with the Whale Sharks from June to September

Scuba Libre has three location on the beach, four boats, a team of 30+ people who, for almost 20 years, are working and improving their skills for the safety and the satisfaction of the customers.
